Tonkotsu Ramen
Our specialty Hakata Tonkotsu ramen; the pork broth is simmered for at least 48 hours giving the bowl a rich flavor. Served with thin straight wheat noodles, a pork slice, green onions, and kikurage (black mushrooms).
Tampopo Shouyu Ramen*
A classic Tokyo Shouyu ramen in our daily-made chicken broth. Served with wavy egg noodles, a pork slice, green onions, menma, Naruto (fish cake), roasted seaweed, and half of a soft boiled egg.

Our new ramen is actually our founder, Ryo’s personal favorite for several years! The broth is a very rich Tonkotsu Miso broth with butter for extra richness.
